Memory

This piece explores the weight and significance our memories hold for us. Memories are a connection and anchor to the story of ourselves and our place in the world. Memories can keep us feeling safe and secure or they can restrict us by keeping us stuck in limiting beliefs and behaviours.  Ultimately it is for each of us to decide what sort of chain our memories operate as and whether they serve us or control us.
